Overview

DIVA Quantizer ("the Site") takes user privacy seriously and complies with applicable laws (Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, Network Act, etc.). This policy explains how information you provide and information collected automatically are handled.

Information we collect

The Site does not require sign-up. We only process the following information.

• Information you enter — tickers and holdings amounts for analysis. We do not collect names, national IDs, or other personally identifying information.
• Automatically collected information — IP address, browser / OS type, access time, and pages visited (via cookies and similar technologies). Used for service reliability and ad serving.
• Locally stored information — saved portfolios / analysis history are stored in your browser's localStorage or in temporary JSON files on our server, without personally identifying data, and removed immediately when you delete them.

Purposes of use

• Process analysis requests and deliver results
• Improve service quality, diagnose errors, and conduct security checks
• Serve advertising and measure its effectiveness

Retention and disposal

Portfolio information you enter is removed from memory immediately after the analysis is processed. Only items you explicitly "save" are retained, without identifiers. Automatically collected logs are kept for up to 6 months and then discarded.

Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)

The Site serves third-party advertising via Google AdSense. Google and some of its partners may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on visits to this Site and other sites.

• By using advertising cookies, Google and its partners can serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
• You can opt out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings.
• For third-party vendor cookie usage, see Google's ad policies.
• For users in the EEA / UK / Switzerland, personalized advertising is processed on a consent basis under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, in line with Google's user-consent policy.

Sharing with third parties

Except where required by law, we do not share user information with third parties. External APIs essential to operating the service (Google AdSense, market-data lookups, etc.) may exchange data strictly within the scope needed for their function.

Your rights

You can review and delete your saved portfolios / analysis history at any time, and you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing for the information we hold. Send requests to abclaude321@gmail.com.

Children's information

The Site is not directed to children under 14. If we knowingly collect information from that age group, we delete it immediately.

Amendments

This policy may be revised in response to changes in law or the service. We will post material changes on this page at least 7 days in advance.
